Terms and Conditions

(1) Definitions

The Guest means all persons entered on the completed booking form.
The property means Celtic House, Sea View Terrace, Aberdovey.

(2) Use of the property

The property is rented to the guest solely for the use of private holiday accommodation.
Only persons named as guests can stay in the property.
The property may not be sublet to any other persons.
The property may not be used for any private or 'public' social gathering.
Any infringement of the use of the property will result in immediate termination of the rental.

(3) Occupancy

The property may not be occupied by more than the stated maximum of ten (10) persons except for babies sleeping in cots or by prior agreement with the management.

(4) Cancellation by the guest

A cancellation of the booking by the guest must be notified in writing.
The guest will incur the following cancellation charges:

Up to 6 weeks prior to the commencement - Forfeit deposit
42 to 28 days before commencement - 50% of the holiday cost
28 to 15 days before commencement - 75% of the holiday cost
14 to 1 days before commencement - 100% of the holiday cost

It should be noted that the holiday cost does not include holiday insurance.
The guest is responsible for arranging his/her own cover.

(5) Cancellation by the company

The owners reserve the right to refuse or to cancel any booking, in which case all monies paid will be refunded to the guest.
The liability of the management will be limited only to that money paid by the guest.

(6) Condition of the property

Guests will be expected to keep the property in a clean and tidy condition.
It may be possible to arrange a cleaner, at an extra charge, during your stay, please ask when you arrive.

(7) Guest's possessions

Please note that your personal possessions are left in the property entirely at your own risk.

(8) Inventory and key deposit

Guests will be responsible to pay for any breakages or damage to the property.
A deposit of £30 is payable on arrival.
A full inventory is in the holiday pack in the property.
Please advise the owners as soon as possible if any item is missing or if you have a mishap.

(9) Tariff

The prices shown are fully inclusive of electricity and heating.
The linen is also included. Guests must provide their own towels.

(10) Pets

You may bring your pet provided that it is quiet and well behaved.
Please bring it's own bowls and bedding.
An additional small charge will be payable.

(11) Arrival and departure

On the day of your arrival the property will be available for occupation from 3pm.
At the end of your holiday please ensure you are ready to leave by 10am.
